Heads up. This is the long version. Plan on 30–45 minutes. Don't worry about polished writing — typos, fragments, half-finished thoughts are all fine. The depth of what you put in is the depth of what I have to work with.

What are you worried about how to present?Optional but valuable. Gaps, lateral moves, multiple short stints, career changes — anything you've thought about how to frame. Naming it lets me handle it deliberately.
